Advanced Bid Engineer (Santiago de Querétaro)

Grid Automation Americas is searching for a Senior Bid Engineer to support proposals activity for Grid Automation Solutions, working closely with Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams during the acquisition phase of assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for EPCs and end customers within the domain of control and protection systems for HV/MV substations, conducting thorough analysis and review of customer drawings, specifications, software, and hardware for substation protection, SCADA, and automation systems.
• Ensure high‑quality and timely preparation of proposals in alignment with customer requirements, maintaining close coordination with technical experts.
• Independently develop proposals, including selection of IEDs, BOMs, and control system hardware.
