ADP Combat Systems Sensors & Fusion Deputy Solution Owner

**Description:** As the ADP Combat Systems Sensors & Fusion Deputy Solution Owner (SO), you will be part of the Engineering Business Owner (EBO) team for the F-35 Line of Business. A Solution Owner is responsible for the leadership and execution of the Sensors & Fusion product portfolio within the Line of Business. The Deputy Solution Owner will assist the Solution Owner in the day-to-day execution of the sensors and fusion product teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving innovation and process improvements within the Sensors & Fusion Product Teams
• Providing Technical Consultation in execution and development
• Driving root cause and corrective action for critical issues and defects
• Enforcing process discipline across the organization
• Assisting in overall staff work, metrics and communication across the team
• Performing special assignments as needed to meet critical programmatic and customer milestones
