Responsibilties
- Manage a civil litigation portfolio under the supervision of the firm's director
- Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, legal opinions, correspondence, and settlement agreements
- Institute and defend proceedings in both the Magistrates' Courts and the High Court
- Attend court appearances, case management meetings, pre-trial conferences, and client consultations
- Prepare trial bundles, court files, and briefing notes for counsel
- Conduct legal research and produce written legal opinions as required
