   Responsibilities  
 Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and their families, both 
 in person and on the telephone.
 CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc.
 Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
 Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.
