We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counselor to guide prospective students and help them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through leads.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Assist students throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
