Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

• Applying for system access, credit card, cab charge card, logistic arrangement for new joiners
• Manage the dept centralised email mailbox distribution list
• Handles customers events, assist RMs in the travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips
• Tracking of completion of compulsory courses, block leave
• Handles all system access for all staff including the periodic reviews
• Coordinator/facilitator for department meetings
• Assist to review some basic credit reports eg treasury reports, ad hoc reports
