About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Track project schedules, resources, and basic budgets
  • Support hiring, vendor coordination, and contract administration
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and action tracking
  • Support documentation (SOPs, FAQs, manuals)
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with Copilot Studio–based internal support tools (training provided)
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies or banking/FI or its equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • SharePoint / Microsoft Teams experience
  • Familiarity with project or task management tools
  • Copilot Studio or other Gen AI tools experience
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
