Job Description

• Monitor and execute trade activity across Custom Fixed Income & Custom Equity SMAs, including corporate bonds, municipals, treasuries, equities, and structured products.
• Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Proactively contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report cash and position discrepancies in a timely manner to the trading desk.
• Work on past settle trade breaks for clearing breaks.
• Research and resolve various corporate actions discrepancies such as stock split, refunding, spin‑off, bonus, etc.
• Review partial & full call for CUSIPs and alert the trading team by working with custodians.
• Review and identify items in the SMA Trade Operations Global mailbox consistently.
• Create procedures and ensure they are up to date on a monthly basis.
