Overview

This role supports Purolator’s national team, with a focus on Express and Freight asset coordination and direct customer support. The position is responsible for managing daily operational trailer asset requirements and supporting customers who ship truckload (TL) freight directly into our major distribution and sorting centers. It involves ensuring trailer availability, coordinating freight movement, responding to customer needs, and helping maintain efficient transportation operations across the network.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with national asset readiness initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements through audits, observations, follow‑ups, root cause analysis, trend reporting, and compliance tracking across multiple locations.
