About the Role

Position Overview

The Administrative Secretary – Rehabilitation Services is responsible for providing administrative support to the Rehabilitation Services team. Duties include handling confidential information, reception duties, data management, document production, scheduling, communication, and other assigned responsibilities. The incumbent must exercise initiative and independent judgment in determining priorities, work methods, and actions for unusual matters while aligning with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud.

Experience

  • One (1) year of prior office experience

Education

  • Grade twelve (12) education or equivalent
  • Completion of an Administrative/Office training program
  • Other suitable combinations of education and experience may be considered
