About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in maintaining clean, structured, and reliable administrative datasets that support internal reporting and operational decision-making.

  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and internal databases on a daily basis using GoogleSheets or MicrosoftExcel.

  • Review data entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy.

  • Standardize information across records – names, phone numbers, email formats, region identifiers, internal notes.

  • Identify duplicate records, obvious errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields.

  • Flag incomplete or unclear data for clarification and follow‑up.

  • Ensure structured file naming conventions and folder organization.

  • Support reporting functions by maintaining reliable and well‑organized datasets.
