About the Role

Summary The Administrative Officer of Care Management and Social Work (CMSW) Service reports to and serves as the principal assistant to the Chief of the service, working with supervisors to support efficient operations and administration. The incumbent is an integral member of the administrative team, providing personnel administration, financial management, and administrative support essential to the direction and operation of the Service. Responsibilities The duties of the Administrative Officer include but are not limited to: Budget and finance management. Correspondence management. Program analysis. Short and long-range planning. Interpretation of regulations and procedures Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for various contracts for the service.
