About the Role

We are hiring for multiple Administrative File Clerks that will be working in a legal office here in the Dublin area. This is a long-term career opportunity and will primarily handle processing paperwork and managing files in a fast paced environment.
An ideal candidate will have at minimum a High School Diploma or GED and some administrative or similar experience.
Description:
The Clerk performs multiple administrative tasks to support the paralegal team and operations manager on a daily basis.

+ Print cases for the attorney to review, tab for signature, and coordinate any corrections needed

+ Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail

+ System client updates including notifying of case submission, case receipts, other documents received from USCIS, case update letters, etc.

+ Preparing and sending out a high volume of welcome packets in a timely fashion
