Role Overview

We‘re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Executive to support our operations. This role reports to the Accounts & Customer Support Head and is central to keeping our sales force, sites, and stock running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process reimbursements and manage travel/ticketing for the sales/service team
• Coordinate administration across multiple Pamtec sites
• Maintain accurate stock records; liaise with the Purchase & Stock Keeper on spare parts ordering
