Assist in handle full spectrum of office Admin & HR administrative duties Co-ordinates the purchase/repair activities and handle payments Assist in expatriates’ apartment coordination Provide administrative support to the team e.g., prepare analysis reports Manage the provision of office facilities and services Maintain accurate and update Admin record & filing system Handle payroll administration Coordinate with related parties for company events and staff activities Perform any ad hoc duties when required Requirements
