About the Role

Manage travel, logistics, and other bookings, payment requests, meeting room reservations and setup, calendar management, and general admin duties


📍 Location: Ayala Museum, Makati City

Job Details:

✅ Onsite Work (22 days/month)

🕗 Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₱20,000


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in an Administrative role.
  • Experience in processing corporate bills and payments.
  • Experience in booking business travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
