On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for an Administrative Assistant II for a 6‑month initial contract role.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at the client’s Regina, SK office.
Job Overview
The primary focus is to provide daily administrative support to various functional groups in the Regional Services department.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties in support of approximately 40 team members.
- Coordinate with Workplace Services and Building Property Management for building maintenance.
- Support facility and catering bookings for meetings and training courses.
- Dispense routine administrative information and answer general inquiries.
- Create work orders and code invoices for vendors and third‑party service providers.
- Manage entry and retention of all training and Operator Qualification records.
