We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within the dispatch team in Virginia. This contract to hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, communicating with external partners, and keeping administrative processes running smoothly. The role requires strong accuracy, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. PLEASE NOTE: the hours of this role are Mon-Fri, 3pm - 11pm with a 30 minute lunch and two 15 min breaks.


Responsibilities:

• Enter and update dispatch-related information with a high level of accuracy across internal records and reporting files.

• Review operational reports, identify missing or inconsistent details, and follow up to help maintain reliable documentation.

• Communicate with carriers to request information, confirm updates, and support timely coordination of dispatch activities.
