About the Role

Description
  • Type tender documents and reports.
  • Liaise and arrange tender advertisement with advertising agent.
  • Prepare tender files and forms (PTR, Tender Register).
  • Close tenders on tender closing date / time and post tender results.
  • Compile contracts documents and arrange for execution.
  • Electronic and non-electronic filing works – update/upload data (including scanning) in digital file sharing platform.
  • Monitor & update R & R and Re-roofing cycles in Property Data System and prepare yearly budget projection for cyclical works for Town Council.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and claims.
  • Prepare Term Contracts SORs for Town Councils’ uploading into Works Order System.
  • Compile Yearly Consultant’s Performance Assessments Report.
  • Other clerical and administrative works.
