Overview



As an Administrative Assistant (Banquets) at the Arizona Biltmore, you will be responsible for assisting our Banquet Managers in all administrative duties relevant to the Banquet department.

Essential Functions:

  • Support communicating within the department and among other resort operating departments by retrieving and distributing mail, monitoring radio communication, answering telephones, and monitoring voice mail.
  • Maintain the banquet office areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Creating directional signage and filling shifts.
  • Answer and respond to all incoming telephone calls, including associate schedule inquiries and associates calling off for a scheduled shift.
  • Generate and process banquet checks as directed, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Sales Force procedures are followed.
