Our client is currently hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
. Provide administrative support to the Regional Office Director & Deputy Regional Office Director
. Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
. Handle phone calls, calendars, inquiries, and internal communication professionally.
. Organize, update, and archive departmental files and records (digital and physical).
. Track and follow up on administrator requests, missions, leave, and compensation days.
