About the Role

As an administrative technician, you are responsible for carrying out various technical administrative work, particularly in areas related to the management of financial and material resources and school organization. In his/her work, the administrative technician may assist staff as well as users of the service concerned.

Status: Full-time position - temporary for 1 year

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issue reports and validate changes to students' schedules;
  • Check out-of-syllabus courses and delete unentered ones;
  • Follow the procedure for cleaning up teaching evaluations and ensure that they are up to date;
  • Send messages to students for the application of the internship permit and follow up;
  • Verify missing student documents to ensure compliance of physical records;
  • Schedule and compile student assessment results according to College guidelines;
