Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration & Client Support
- Coordinate onboarding and enrolment processes for clients and stakeholders
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to general enquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare agreements, documentation, and onboarding materials
- Maintain accurate CRM and database records
- Follow up on outstanding documentation, payments, and required information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow coordination
