Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managing Director in handling all matters related to firm's operational and business growth
  • Assist in preparing various marketing materials, customized proposals, and other documents
  • Provide full administrative support to the investment and operations teams
  • Assist in recruitment logistics and clerical support
  • Assist in fund operations including broker account opening, client onboarding, and fund subscriptions/redemptions
  • Supported the Compliance function, including periodical reporting and KYC/AML processes
  • Support in maintaining internal filing systems (both physical and electronic) in accordance with SFC record-keeping requirements
