About the Role

Key Responsibilities
ADMIN
Provide administrative support to the office
Handle filing data entry and prepare bills and receipts
Manage incoming calls and arrange appointment
Assist in preparing simple correspondence and maintain office records
Liaise with courier and dispatch when requires
CONVEYANCING CLERK
Assist in preparing and handling legal documentation
Liaise with clients, banks, and government authorities
Update status and maintain proper filing and manage file records.
Monitor files progress, follow up and ensure timely completion of files
Requirements:
Minimum SPM
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Familiar with Microsoft Office and relevant online portal
Ability to work independently and attention to detail
Good working attitude
