About the Role

Job Description
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, migrant workers' work permits and PCP applications, salary count, CPF submission, etc.
  • Assist project engineers and managers on project implementation.
  • Assist with progress claims, payment claims, account documents submission, and basic cost tracking.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems (softcopy & hardcopy), and record-keeping.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of administrative experience , preferably in the construction or built environment sector.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and processes will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
