About the Role
Job Description
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, migrant workers' work permits and PCP applications, salary count, CPF submission, etc.
- Assist project engineers and managers on project implementation.
- Assist with progress claims, payment claims, account documents submission, and basic cost tracking.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems (softcopy & hardcopy), and record-keeping.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of administrative experience , preferably in the construction or built environment sector.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and processes will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
