About the Role
Job Title: Technical Training Support – MY and SG
Responsibilities
- Administer all internal & external training programs for our field professionals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the technical competency framework.
- Identify skills gaps and work with business to align training programs with competency requirements.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback collection, and analysis of training data to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate technical training sessions as needed and coordinate with trainers/subject matter experts to deliver quality trainings.
- Oversee the engagement of interns from recruitment and onboarding to mentorship and evaluation, providing a positive and educational experience.
