About the Role
Admin staff required
We are looking to fill in the position of an admin assistant/office admin.
The applicant will be responsible for
- Attending customer calls
- Responding to customer and staff enquiries
- Data entry
- Creating and sending invoices
- Payment enteries
- Updating customers and staff about job status
- Any other relevant paperwork
An ideal applicant must have an attention to detail and quick learner.
We will offer at least 30 hours per week.
