About the Role

Our esteemed client in the Architectural industry is seeking an Admin Assistant (to cover maternity) to join their dynamic team.

  • Employment Type: 3 months contract (to cover maternity)
  • Position: Admin Assistant
  • Location: Upper Thomson
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: $1,800
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Greet and attend to visitors
  • Maintain and monitor office supplies
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, postage, and courier services
  • Prepare and issue quotations
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Able to commit 3 months contract (till end of July).
