We are looking/hiring forAdmin Assistants to be outsourced to our client’s place.

Job Description:

  • General paper work, e.g. performing data entry duties, scanning of documents, receiving and sorting of incoming mails
  • Provide coordination on events and logistic support
  • Ensure that files and records are in neat and systematic manner
  • Make phone calls out to applicants to remind them of submitting documents
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
  • No experience needed asfull training will be provided.
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months for a temporary role
