Job overview

The Trust is embarking on a project to clear our Adult ADHD backlog in London Services (Newham, Tower Hamlets and City & Hackney) with funding agreed by NEL ICB. This Operational Lead will provide operational leadership to the team responsible for delivering this fixed term backlog project for up to 18 months. The team will include

-Administrators.

-Pharmacist prescribers.

-Consultant Psychiatrist.

The Operational lead will be responsible for the development and delivery of a consistent, high-quality service, in conjunction with the Head of Strategy & Delivery and the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will work closely with existing ADHD services in London and the Going Further Going Together Team. The backlog project has a strong digital first ethos, adopting new technologies such as Ambient Voice Technology. Collaboration with Digital, Informatics and Rio teams will be essential throughout.
