Acute Mental Health Occupational Therapist

JustOT is recruiting a Band 5 Acute Mental Health Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Luton.

The pay for this position is £17-£20 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for the treatment of adults within the unit.
• You will utilise assessment and evaluation tools drawn from the Model of Human Occupation.
• The OT assessments and interventions will be recovery focused and client centred, supporting and enabling the person to achieve their goals in self‑care, productivity and leisure.
