Contract type: Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Rate: £12.71 Per Hour

Must have Full Driver's Licence

Responsibilities

• Organise and lead meaningful and entertaining activities for the people we support.
• Organise individual activity plans based on people’s unique goals and interests.
• Foster community spirit through group activities.
• Support people to maintain their current and take up new hobbies, interests and educational opportunities.
• Assist people to become more involved in their local community.
• Celebrate national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements.
• Promote choice, dignity and independence.
