About the Role

Purpose of job To provide person centred meaningful activity and stimulation for all residents. To maintain and update social media. 
Main responsibilities To produce and maintain a varied activities schedule 
To promote special events and themed days 
To contribute to new ideas for fund raising, newsletters, social media and social activity 
To be aware of the needs and abilities of each individual 
To promote independence and safety at all times 
To risk assess each activity in consultation with the Manager 
To assist with organising outings for the residents 
To encourage participation in the activity sessions 
To record resident participation in each activity 
To contribute to regular Facebook posts on the company Facebook page. 
To assist when required at mealtimes and with drinks 
To record any Safeguarding concerns immediately to the Lead Pers...
