Accounts Receivable Officer

We’re partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation to find a capable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate 6-week assignment based in Macquarie Park .

The Role
In this hands-on position, you’ll take ownership of the accounts receivable function and support the team during a busy period. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes
• Following up on outstanding invoices and managing collections
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• Allocating incoming payments accurately
• Performing account reconciliations
• Providing support across the broader finance function as needed
