Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager (Collections) to lead end‑to‑end Collections and Disputes operations within our International Shared Services team. This role is critical in ensuring cash flow optimization, dispute resolution efficiency, and service excellence while leading a high‑performing team supporting ANZ markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end collections and disputes processes, ensuring timely cash application and issue resolution
• Drive performance through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous monitoring of aging and overdue accounts
