Accounts Payables Analyst

Herbalife is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Accounts Payable Analyst in Guadalajara, Jalisco.ResponsibilitiesRecord, validate, and process invoices from assigned countries to ensure accurate and timely payments.Make payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.Review and validate purchase orders and receipts, comparing them with supplier invoices.Authorize services and products in line with company guidelines.Transfer entries from the Accounts Payable module to the General Ledger for analysis.Manage and control supplier payments, including reconciliation of accounts payable.Maintain documentation control and ensure all pre‐requisites for invoice approval are met.Book invoices and customs documentation related to import processes.Perform intercompany reconciliation and resolve disputed invoices.Control staff expense accounts, credit cards, and petty cash expenses.Support month‐end and year‐end close activities, including AP reconciliations.Prep...
