About the Role
Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day payables operations for a long-term contract opportunity in Texas. This hybrid role requires three days onsite each week and is well suited for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in a developing environment with consistency and sound judgment. The ideal candidate brings strong spreadsheet skills, handles invoice processing accurately, and is comfortable managing payment activities with limited oversight.
Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper account coding and supporting documentation are in place.
