About the Role

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Cowley (Oxford) to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will receive a salary of up to £38,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working! 
Primary responsibilities 
Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations
Ensure supplier invoices are accurate, correctly coded, and recorded in the accounting system
Maintain and update vendor records, resolving any discrepancies or payment queries
Support month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting tasks
Assist with the planning and implementation of an ERP system upgrade
