In this hybrid position, you'll manage end-to-end AP processing, working closely with our Canadian accounting team. Your expertise in modern finance systems and attention to detail will help support timely vendor payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Review invoices for proper coding and approvals
• Perform invoice matching and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain AP aging schedules and support vendor payments
• Assist with month-end AP close activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
