Accounts Payable Senior Professional

The Accounts Payable Senior Professional will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the overall efficiency of the Accounts Payable department at HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V.

• Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations related to accounts payable.
• Support the implementation of process improvements within the Accounts Payable function.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
