A. Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare vouchers and process payments in a timely manner
- Handle petty cash fund of assigned clients
- Record and monitor expenses
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing for employees
- Maintain accounting records and files
- Coordinate with internal departments
B. Accounting Assistant - Liquidation
- Prepare and check liquidation reports
- Verify receipts and supporting documents
- Monitor and follow up unliquidated cash advances
- Record liquidation transactions
- File and maintain liquidation documents
- Coordinate with employees regarding liquidation concerns
