Key Responsibilities:

+ Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

+ Review invoices for proper approval and coding

+ Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation

+ Assist with check runs and electronic payments

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records

+ Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly

+ Support the accounting team with other administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
