Accounts Manager

We are a Singapore-based logistics and freight services company providing air, sea, and land transportation solutions. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of GST, Singapore Customs procedures, and IRAS compliance , preferably with prior experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting Management

• Oversee full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial reports , management accounts, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate accounting of freight charges, disbursements, port charges, and agency fees
• Monitor cash flow, ageing reports, and credit control

GST & Tax Compliance

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns (F5) accurately and on time
