About the Role

  • Assist in daily finance and admin operations
  • Assist in recording of accounting entries into Dynamic accounting system;
  • Assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports
  • Assist in Procurement documentation and filing;
  • Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing
  • General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies, office cleaning & maintenance etc;
  • Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims or survey
  • Assist in annual statutory audit
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge
Requirements
  • LCCI or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Dynamic
