About the Role

Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit an Accounts Coordinator to join their team in Bridge of Don on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently available or available at short notice to join a well-established organisation.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in WIP and job costing as these are essential for this role.

The Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing WIP, job costing and project reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
  • Managing invoicing, credit control and supplier queries
  • Assisting with continuous improvements to processes and reporting
