About the Role
Job Responsibility
- Handle local/overseas accounts receivable/payable function for day to day operations
- Ensure timely debt collection on respective overseas agents.
- Perform monthly overseas account reconciliation and send out monthly statement of accounts promptly.
- Liaise with internal and external parties with regards to agents’ payment status queries
- Ensure all filings are done in a proper and timely manner
- Assist on periodically / annually housekeeping as required
- Perform other general duties as and when assigned
- Candidate must possess at GCE ‘O’ Levelor equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Must have some basic accounting knowledge and able to perform reconciliation of Accounts for AR/AP and Bank etc.
- No experience needed, training provided, experience in agent reconcile in forwarding industry would be an added advantage.
