About the Role

Job Description Responsibilities
  • Responsible to partial AR and AP functions.
  • Reconcile daily cash deposits from outlets against bank statements.
  • Collection of outlet documents from external despatch & check for missing documents.
  • Assist to tag new fixed assets when required.
  • Processing of store petty cash claims.
  • Processing of AP trade invoices & payments.
Qualifications
  • O'Levels, LCCI, & Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
  • Willing to learn and adapt faster.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • 5 working days.
