About the Role
Job Description &Responsibilities Recording Financial Transactions: This includes daily data entry, processing invoices and receipts, and maintaining accurate records of all financial activity. Accounts Receivable: Managing the process of receiving payments from customers. Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring the company's bank records match the bank statements. General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records in the general ledger, including journal entries. Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of weekly financial report. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirement: ITE / Diploma in Accounting or Business or related qualification Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills High integrity, meticulous and proactive A good team player Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
