About the Role

As an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper, primarily responsible for managing and maintaining employer's financial records.

Scope of Work

  • Will Handle Bookkeeping and BIR related works
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, or government agencies, as needed.
